Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Coach Starks Hopkins Camp

No refunds

HGBA Season Registration

Refunds are available up to 9/12/2025, less the $30 non-refundable tryout fee. After registration closes, all refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of the HGBA Board but will still incur the $30 non-refundable tryout fee. Players who make a team and choose not to play will lose the entire registration fee. In the event a player is not rostered for a team, a refund will be issued, less the $30 non-refundable tryout fee.
