AAU is a great opportunity for girls to continue to play competitive basketball into the spring and summer months. AAU has typically had opportunities for grades 4th -11th. They generally have 2 practices a week and 5-8 tournaments which may or may not include an out-of-state tournament depending on the club. Most clubs will hold their tryouts in August or September for the following Spring season. Some clubs may also hold a spring tryout following the traveling season.
