Tuesday, Feb. 21 marks the last session for Her Next Play which will focus on Improving Communication!
Athletes will explore communication styles and strategies among teammates and coaches. Through team-building activities, girls will have a chance to reflect on their own communication styles and explore how effective communication can impact their experience in sports.
