The December Challenge is live!

This month's HGBA challenge is all about physical fitness and personal improvement.  For December, each player can select any exercise they want to improve on.  Maybe it's pushups to improve upper body strength.  Perhaps it's lateral slides to improve leg strength and agility.  Whatever they choose, make sure you track their results, starting with a day 1 baseline.  The goal of each player is to work on these exercises for 25 out of the 31 days in December, and on the final day, see an improvement over the day 1 baseline.  You can talk to your coaches if you need ideas on exercises to choose from.  Go Royals!!
